Incorporated in 1996 as a consultancy company by Mr.K Kalyanaraman (KK), a partnership company, specializing in value engineering and project planning and sourcing of castings and forgings for valves and pumps industries.

KK was also the Indian partner, equity holder and Managing Director of three joint venture partnership manufacturing companies-all three manufacturing units located at Chennai India - Viz Goodwin Pumps India P Ltd -Manufacturing abrasive resistant slurry pumps. Gold Star Powders Private Limited-manufacturing refractory powders (also called investment powders) for Jewellery and utility casting industries. Asian Industrials manufacturing refractory powders for automotive and rapid prototyping markets. In 2014 KK exited the above joint ventures by selling his equities and quit the executive positions.

In 2015 Siecon International the consultancy company wholly owned by KK and Mrs. Lalitha expanded its activities by setting up an unit to manufacture investment castings for automotive, oil and gas and food processing Industries. The investment casting unit manufactures castings of weight from a few grams to 35 kilo weight single piece. The metals handled range from Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel and Copper based Alloys, Aluminum etc. Equipped with all modern manufacturing and testing facilities the unit provides total comprehensive component solutions by offering fully machined components to oil and gas, Automotive, Food process and Mining industries.
